2014 - 2015 Finished Medallions

These are the Medallions I worked on or started in the 2014 - 2015 cycle.

I contributed the start (centers) on these:

This was a kit mom had tried but found the inset seams to difficult.  I kept most of the batiks but did provide one and some of the white fabric.

These leftover were from a quilt kit I made. It is not part of this blog yet as I still need to quilt it.

This Poppies one is the only medallion I "won" this year.  Bambi had also worked on this and said she wanted it if I won it so I gave it to her (instead of having them select another winner).  Fabrics were from a quilt kit mom did.

These were leftover scraps from a Pincushion Boutique kit that mom did.  It is not part of this blog yet as it still needs to be quilted.

The center fabric was a great overall fabric and I did provide a fairly large portion of it.  I was surprised it did not get used through out the quilt.  Since I couldn't just submit a single fabric print, I did the flying geese, trees and brick path around it.  I called this Town Square.
I did round two on these.

There is another post on my efforts on this one.

I did not originally sign up for this one but since I completed the one above early I took this one on as no one had signed up for round two.  The inspiration was from a quilt I saw.  The black, print and white are 1 inch wide so easy to make fit almost anything.  I really like the result.  The center was from a guild class by Rami Kim and is woven.

I worked on the third round. There is another post on my efforts.  I really like how this one cam out.

I worked on the fourth round. There is another post on this one, but I'm surprised that the yellow was not used in the final row.  To even it out.  Oh well.

Another post on this one.  No one worked on it in round 5.

I worked on the 5th (the final) round. There is another post on this.
